How to generate a custom report in Dashboard

Hello guys,

We want to create a custom report in the dashboard that captures the activity which entered by Vepaar.
Each day when initiating conversations with customers on Whatsapp by using their extension, Vepaar is adding this type of activity in the activity section.
So can anyone guide me on how to generate such a custom activity report?

To create a custom report for this integration in the dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Dashboard area and click on "Add Report"
2. In the "Create Report" section, click on "Attribution" and select "Create a new report from scratch"
3. Click on the "Next" button and apply the following filters:
- Select the desired chart type.
- Set the Attribution model to "Linear"
- Dimensions: Asset title
- Contact create date:
- Rolling date range
- Last 90 days (excluding today)
- Asset types: Integration
- Campaigns: All Campaigns
- Interaction sources: All sources

By following these steps, you will be able to generate a custom report for the integration in the dashboard.

Hi @ZoltanGM, I hope you are doing well. 

If I understood correctly, you would like to report on Vepaar activities, right?

If that is the case, as I understand it, Vepaar messages are synchronized in the system as conversations, this means that we don't have any data in HubSpot that can be used for a report.

There are also no properties for the integration, if I've seen it right.

So to create reports in HubSpot you need data - at the moment there is no data you can use.

So you may have to create custom properties and then maintain them manually.

Or, if you have developers among you - you could use APIs  that then send some information from the integration to HubSpot.
