How to filter "Any touch" property using "starts with..." or "contains"

SOLVE

Hi all,

I am trying to crack the filtering options for the "Touch" properties "First touch, any touch, last touch).

Currently, when using these criteria, wz can only choose from a dropdonw menu, options such as "is any of" or "contains all of", and the we have to manually check all the options.

But, in our organization, we create new "Touches" every week basically (e-book, webinars, use cases...). This means that we have to manually go back to every wokrflow / reportings and check the new options.

My question : is there a way to bypass this behavior, and make sure we can select ALL the touches that contain specific letters for instance ?

Or are we stuck with this manual actions?

Thank you for your help 🙏🙏

Hi @JuCastel,

Unfortunately not, no – filters don't support specifying a keyword which would automatically pull in new values in the future, sadly. This would be great to have indeed, I agree.

You can request this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Hi @karstenkoehler ,

Thank you for your quick answer. Unfortunately, I was not expected any different answer 🙂
I tried to find a way, but you confirm there is none.

Let's keep ie manual then, waiting for the solution to be delivered some day.

Cheers
