How do I track conversions from HubSpot live chat?
We recently enabled live chat on our website, but I'm not seeing how to track the contacts who converted directly from the chat -- for example, they give us their email in the chat to subscribe to product updates.
Hopefully, I'm missing something super obvious! Thanks for your help!
There are a few reports you can try to analyze your live chat performance although this is not the clear answer to your question Click on the reports and create a report in the data source section select chats there you can see the available option to report on live chat:
To analyze the performance of Bot there is a different scenario you can directly click on the details tab as shown in the shot below:
