How do I see a contact that completed a workflow goal?

Hi,

Is there a way to see which contacts met a workflow goal without scrolling through the workflow History tab?

For example, I have a workflow that nurtures blog subscribers and the goal is that they become MQLs. The  workflow Performance tab says that some have converted and gives me the conversion rate, but doesn't show me Who were the converters. How can I see this? Is there a report somewhere already, or has someone come up with a report that they can tell me about.

Hello @chrisathint 

Yes, we can create a list of contacts who have successfully met the workflow goal. From lists section, use workflows as a filter and then select the specific workflow that you want to report and apply a filter "Contact has met a goal" or "Contact has completed" .

Hi - I have a goal met active list running for my workflows. How can I see which goal they met?  For example, I have 1. replied to marketing email 2. filled out any form.   My list however only shows that they completed a goal.  Is there a high-level list I can create or area where I can see which action they took without clicking through every contact?

I'm not quite following your instructions. Are you suggesting create a new list and filter for the named worflow and then filter for Contact has met a goal" or "Contact has completed ??
