Help with reporting

We are trying to get our reports synced up and have run into an issue. We are a Saas company and when a new customer signs up, they usually have a number of people in their company sign up as well. As a result, when we create a report on new contacts that have converted, we get a higher number of customers.

Any recommendations for how we should set up our properties so we can get our reports right?

Hi @jshonkwiler

Companies in HubSpot also have a lifecycle property. It sounds like you would benefit from looking at accounts that converted rather than contacts.

Hope this heps.

Would the "Became a [Lifecycle Stage] Date" property work when using the lifecycle stage in companies? I tried this approach and that property was not available. I cannot use the "Create Date" to filter out by month since a majority of companies are created in a different lifecycle stage.

Are you only working out of Hubspot or are you syncing from another platform?

Thanks. Escalating this question to one of my sales contacts. Will update here if I find anything.
