Help with HubSpot report on organic visits leading to inbound demo requests
Hey all,
Have someone set up a report in HubSpot (or even GA4) that shows the below data?
I want to track which website or blog pages resulted in conversions from organic visits to demo requests on my site. I would like to have this data presented in a month-by-month report, showing the total number of requests broken down by the page that generated the request.
Currently, I have a report that shows the overall result of all demo requests coming from organic visits, but it does not break it down by page.
I cannot use the "First page seen" property because many of these requests are from returning leads, and therefore, this property is already filled in. Thus, "First page seen" does not relate to the organic visit that generated the recent conversion.
Help with HubSpot report on organic visits leading to inbound demo requests
Hey @AFormigoni, thank you for posting in our Community!
To create a report in HubSpot that tracks which pages resulted in conversions from organic visits to demo requests, you can set up custom properties to track the conversion pages, and then use workflows to update these properties when a demo request form is submitted. In the custom report builder, filter for organic visits and group by your custom property to see the data broken down by page and month. This way, you’ll have a detailed monthly report showing the total number of requests by the page that generated the request.
I assume creating these custom properties would be possible if the demo request form were embedded on the pages in question, correct?
Currently, none of the pages I want to track have an embedded form. Instead, they all link to a single demo request page, meaning the conversion occurs on that subsequent page rather than the original one.
