GA4 event is triggering ok but not recording in GA4 reporting

Hi. Has anyone set up a GA4 event with labels via Google Tag Manager? I'm trying to migrate Goals from GA3 into GA4.

Google has an auto tool to move over GA3 Goals but GTM needs to be correctly configured. The trigger fires ok for the Goal I'm testing (newletter subscription form) but a step must have been missed or there's an error within the set-up.

I've attached a screenshot below of the GTM triggering that seems ok (visible in the debug assistant). If anyone knows what may not be in place or erroring to not record the 'newsletter subscription' in GA4 reporting screens/ tables, please drop me a note here - or, say, post a link to a YouTube video you know covers this issue?

Solved this myself by watching GA4 video > https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/9442095?hl=en

Incorrect Measurement ID needed replacing with right one. Simple fix but need to be more familiar with GA4 to be clearer on intricacies and steps moving reporting from GA3.
