Form submission to first touch

SOLVE

Hi Team,

I'd like a report that will show me how long it is taking our Sales team to contact new leads/contacts after form submission. Can you please provide some guidance on this?

Thanks,

Form submission to first touch

Hi, @STenifa ,

Here's how I can see it happening.

Create a custom property with a date type. Then use that in a workflow to be updated with "today's timestamp" when the value of "Last contacted" changes to "known". As if it was unknown before, that means there was no contact at all. When it becomes known, that's the first contact even though the value is stored in the "Last contacted" property.

Then create a calculated property that will have the time between first conversion date and the new property you created.

Finally, for any further automation and reports, use the calculated property.

I hope that helps,
Eli
