Hello hubspot community, I am writing to ask for advice. I am using the customer journey report to understand the various touchpoints that led to deal conversions. I am specifically analyzing forms, however I want to understand if they are forms that are on landing pages or on the web page, so I am analyzing the 4000 form views one by one. Is there a way to also analyze the forms in the custom reports so I can understand maybe the name?
Happy to help @PamCotton, to clarify @MRagosta in order to build custom reports it would require a pro or enterprise subscription, it's not possible to do what you are trying to do with a free account.
With that said, HubSpot announced a new pricing model that brings down the barrier for entry to access sales and service pro/enterprise seats - a single service enterprise seat is $130/mo, which would open up custom objects, custom reporting, and a ton of features/capabilities that would extend the free tools.
If you haven't worked with a HubSpot rep yet, I would highly recommend reaching out to explore what the most affordable option would be based on your needs.
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.
