Form Submissions to Closed Deals Reporting Over Time

I'm attempting to create a report that will allow me to analyze the number of, pipeline value (in deal amount), and closed revenue generated from Contact Form submissions over time (to assess change from quarter to quarter as well as year over year).

We analyze this conversion data quarterly. I attempted to accomplish this by creating a Contact list for contacts who complete the Contact Form within a given quarter and then using that List Membership as a Filter in a Contact/Deal cross-object report to show deal amount associated to those contacts by submission date.

Two issues:

- You can't use List Membership as a filter in cross-object reporting

- Separating out form submissions quarterly means you have to use separate reports for each quarter's list (theoretically doable but not preferable)

My ultimate goal is to show how inbound leads ultimately turn into opportunities, deals, and closed deals over time.

Any assistance or recommendations would be tremendously helpful!

hi!

Were you able to figure this out? I am trying to build a report on inbound lead submissions to see which converted into a deal per owner. Any tips? @lscruggs
