Form Submission UTM reports for campaigns

Hello, 

I'd like to be able to pull a UTM report per Marketing Campaign to see where the form fills are coming from. I use UTMs on all outreach and I need to know which UTMs are driving form fills. 

Right Now I can only see which UTM is creating contacts which is not helpful. I need to know all form fill submissions. How can I do this please?

Hey @ADurieux just to confirm, do you want the utms in the urls of all form submissions? If so, the best would be to add utm fields as hidden fields within the form, these will be auto-populated in hidden fields and be included in all form submissions on a utm url. There's a great guide on this here!

Hello Tom, 

I would like to be able to be able to create a custom report where I can filter per form and see a breakdown of submission from each UTM. 

To clarify: I know HOW to create the UTM link and my forms already have hidden fields to capture UTM codes. I am asking how to create a custom report to get details on where people are registering from.

Hi @ADurieux hope you are doing well.

Have you tried using the properties Original source/last source Drill down 1 and 2?

this is where the UTM info should be store to have that extra info from the source.

Of course you can also try attribution reports also if you have them available.
