Exporting deals with marketing activity as columns

Hi all,

I'm currently attempting to manually do some attribution in order to set up/update our MCL/MQL/SQL criteria, and I'm coming unstuck with getting the data I need.

I'm attempting to export a list of won deals, with marketing activity alongside it e.g. number of website visits, emails opened/clicked, calls etc. - I appreciate this isn't going to be made easy as there's an attribution reporting function but I don't have the level of account necessary to access it (nor will I get it).

Can anyone help please? I did do a search but couldn't find anything similar, apologies if there is.

Hi @RCzuczman,

Without access to attribution reports, you would still have to create a custom report that includes data from contacts and deals. It's not possible to export deals directly and include contact activity information.

To create a report with data from multiple objects, you would follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

For data sources, you would select deals (primary) and contacts (if you want to export data stored in contact properties, such as number of emails opened, pages viewed etc).

You can then export the report and export file should contain both contact and deal information.
