Export of contact's web activities (pageviews)

Is it possible to export a contact's timeline from HubSpot?

 

We are using HubSpot's Marketing Hub for marketing automation and lead generation, but already have a robust CRM that our sales team is using for lead follow-up and sales transactions (so integrating with HubSpot's CRM is not on our roadmap).

 

As part of a lead hand-off, we (Marketing & Lead Generation team) would like to provide our sales reps with the form submission data and a snapshot of the history of that contact that has been captured within HubSpot

  • Open & click rates of marketing emails
  • Page view and session details

We have limited info in the contact properties, but not the full picture that the timeline provides.

Hi @ericacowan,

 

Based on how you're describing, it's not possible to pull those specific details from the timeline and export them via csv.  I'm sure it's possible via API, but without that being on your roadmap, you'll be limited.

 

You'll be able to pull first page seen and last page seen as well as number of page views and average pageviews.

 

That being said, if there are core pages that matter during the handoff (pricing, team member, legal stuff, etc.) you could create an active list that automatically pulls those individuals in.
