Email nurture campaigns

Hi all,
I am wondering what's the best and scalble way to manage my nurture campaigns reporting. 

I've structured it in a way that each campaign has it's own workflow and list.

The thing is, I have emails that show in diverse campaigns. 
I don't want to duplicate each email for each campaign because the emails are changing frequenctly, and I'm also interested in making A/B tests so to create a unique one for each campaigns seems  a hassle to me. 

On the other hand, I do want to report for example, how many sessions each email had generated, segmented to campaigns. 

I thought of using different links with smart modules in the email, but this can be a hard work too.

Anyone dealed with this kind of issue before and can share some insights on how you manage your campaigns reporting?
