Thought I'd pop this query to the community with no response yet from support, hopefully someone out there will be able to point me in the right direction.

We have a list of contacts in Hubspot. They have a custom parameter called “campaign_source” which gets passed to Hubspot with the opt-in form.

We need to send emails, with a custom parameter in the call to action URL, to all contacts in that list.

For example:

Mywebsite.com?source=campaign_source

How can we create a call to action with this custom parameter?

Is it possible? Do we need to create a different email sequence based on the value of the contact “campaign_source” parameter?

Or can we dynamically insert a different URL / CTA in the emails?

Short A: Yes, if you're using HubSpot Marketing.

Here's a solution we published a few weeks ago that describes the use of dynamic links in HubSpot emails. Applying URL parameters to CTAs isn't available.
