Can data be redirected from one site to another after a domain name change?

Hi @username001765 unfortunately it's not possible to recover data from website analytics if advanced tracking wasn't activated for the domain during that time period.

 

I know losing 5 months of website data/analytics isn't ideal, hopefully with everything properly configured now you'll be all set to review your website data moving forward.

Happy to help clarify @username001765  yes, because the traffic didn't really hit the old domain, the redirect was happening at the DNS or server level, it isn't treated as being a session.
