Distinct Conversion Report Between Open and Closed Deals

Hi all,

I'm having trouble in creating a conversion report. We are wanting to have the sales consultant's open and closed deals next to each other and then finally the "1-in-x" conversion rate on the far right.

Screenshot 2025-02-17 at 8.59.14 AM.png

[Close won count] is what I'm currently using for both the sum of closed deals, which is needed, and attempting to use for the conversion which I've tried manipulating the aggretation setting to give us the conversion. "Average" aggregation is the closest I've gotten to what we need but I'm needing a "1-in-x" and not a decimal.
Example: Jess has 68 Deals, has closed 4 and therefore her conversion rate is 1-in-17. How am I able to have it represented like this, or in the very least have 17 be the number that shows up?

I'm aware of calculation properties, though don't understand them yet nor have made and used them either.

Any help is appricated, thank you all ,3

Hi @LSugrue,

This would require the 'Formula Fields now in Custom Report Builder' beta (Settings > Product updates > All product updates'). That would allow you to perform the mathematical operation to display 17.

Best regards!

Hey @karstenkoehler

Legend, I have found it and can join the Beta - will joining migrate this Beta into our own CRM, and or will I be able to update the report with this update indefinilty even after it moves to out of Beta?

@LSugrue unless HubSpot changes which subscription tier this sits in, yes, it'll simply move out of beta (typically) and be available as a regular feature. There are some very rare cases where betas didn't make it into the eventual product.

This is the formula I've created but it still brings up "1" instead of 17.

Unless I need to include [SUM=open count] / [SUM=closed won count] ?

Awesome @karstenkoehler

Do you know what the formula/expression I'd need to input to help get the conversion? I've tried putting in [countofdeals] but nothing comes up.
