Discrepancy between report and Marketing Pipeline Dashboard

I am trying to pull a report of contacts in each deal stage of my pipeline, however, I noticed that the report is not aligning with the information in my dashboard. Please let me know if there's something I'm doing wrong.

I'm comparing it to my deal dashboard. The number of contacts being pulled in my custom report does not reflect my sales dashboard.

Users in the community (like me) are not HubSpot employees, I don't have access to your dashboard.

There are various reports this could be referring to. Could you specify or share a screenshot?
