Difference with HubSpot metrics and filters

I'm trying to recreate de filters used in my reports, but I get minor differences with the tool. I don't know if this is normal or I'm doing something wrong. It's not a big difference, but still I would like to understand the why.

1. Which specific metrics are you noticing differences in?

2. Can you provide examples of the metrics or reports where you see discrepancies?
3. Which filters are you trying to recreate?

4. Are there custom filters, default filters, or a combination? Can you describe or share screenshots of your filter settings?
5. How are you recreating the filters, are you using the same datasets, timeframes, or properties as in the original HubSpot reports?

6. Are you comparing data pulled at the same time, or is there a delay between pulling metrics from different sources?

7. Are there any workflows, list memberships, or automation rules that could affect the records included in your reports?

8. Are you using any integrations or external sources (exported .csv, APIs, third-party dashboards) to recreate or view these reports?

9. How large are the differences you are seeing?

Can you please share the exact report filters and segment/list filters? There is often a small difference that causes the discrepancy.
