Detailed Dashboards for Upper Management

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering, how most of you compile your data to allow managers to review data easily? 

I have been trying to leverage dashboards but it's so limited. Example I cant put a dashboard highlighting specific emails performance.

I just want one place that packages reports and data cleanly for upper management to go to pull data for VP reports. But at this time I find I am having to send my manager all over the place to find all of the data.

You're not alone in experiencing this frustration. At the moment, HubSpot is pretty good at object reporting (contacts, companies, deals, tickets) and activity and sales performance reporting. Asset related reports (emails, forms, landing pages, ctas) are limited, especially when it comes to filtering or highlight selected assets.

In some areas of the tool you'll see an option to save a certain asset report to a dashboard, but again, customization is usually limited.

As far as workarounds go, you'll probably have to keep on sending multiple links until HubSpot improves in this regard. The HubSpot Ideas section of the community is a good place to request this. I've found two ideas that you could comment on and upvote:

Upvoted and commented and shared with my team 🙂 indeed it would be so great to provide upper management with really nice looking reports which at this point just looks so sloppy because we have to peice all these things together just for a simply monthly update - our management like to "pop in" for a check up occasionally - this makes that task virtually impossible lol
