Deal attribution report with Campaign date filters

Hello all - I've done some searching here already but can't seem to find the answer. I'm trying to build a report that will show us deals that were generated from a HubSpot Campaign that was run in the current quarter. I played around with the deal attribution report but only see the option to filter by specific Campaigns and not more generally by Campaign start and end date. Is there another way to get to this?
There are multiple ways to do that and try to get a report that shows a deal created from a HubSpot Campaign that was run in the current quarter.
Note - Just so you know that campaign are connected with contacts and that contacts are associated with deals, so make sure contact > deal association are set properly for a safer side.
1. Create a custom report with Deals, Contact, and Campaigns objects (first try this easy way if it works)
2. Create a custom data set by combine deals, contacts and campaigns to use in report.
I just want to point out that a property sync is not the right way to go here – it flattens the information of the campaigns associated to the deal to just one.
A query about deal attribution however is asking which one, it does not presume/preclude that it was the most recently created. In my opinion, this is factually incorrect and misleading.
Instead, there is a much simpler solution:
Create a report based on the data sources 'Deals' + 'Campaigns'
Add a report filter for 'Campaign - Campaign start date'
Add deal 'Record ID' to a table visualization, for example
That's it, no data sets needed.
Best regards!

Thanks @karstenkoehler ! I tried just doing a straight report with deals + campaigns but that's not giving me what I need. For example - I have the campaign start and end date filters set to this quarter, and there is a deal pulling into the report that was closed-lost in 2023 because the contact associated to the deal is included in the campaign. We are looking for a direct tie between the campaign and net new deals.

Hi @Consultey ! Thanks for the reply. I tried #1 already and it's not giving me accurate info. I don't have Operations Hub, so it doesn't look like I can create a custom dataset, so #2 won't work. I think #3 will be my best bet! I'll give that a try.
