Data Studio Exporting Bug - always exports unsummarized view

I'm seeing a bug here where Data Studio exports to Google Sheets or XLSX download always produce an unsummarized export, even when "Summarized" is selected in the wizard. The resulting export is the same unsummarized view after selecting either Summarized or Unsummarized in the wizard.
