Data Range Dashboard

resolver

Hi,

I  am trying to set a data range for my dashboard.
When i set it, it only applied to one report out of 10.

How can I set the data range to all the dashboard??

Hi @SBattuello,

There are some limitations to dashboard filters, such as:

  • When a dashboard filter is applied, the filter will only affect reports that use the data source that the property belongs to. For example, if filtering by the Contact owner property under the Contact data source, only reports using that data source will be affected.
  • Funnel reports built with the journey report builder do not support dashboard filters.

@SBattuello if you want all reports to be filtered by a date range, and some are excluded from the dashboard filters, yes, you would have to set them per report.

Regarding your other question, your currently visualizing the count of contacts by ticket create data – is that really what you're trying to visualize?

In any case, if you don't want HubSpot to skip weeks, make sure to use a vertical or horizontal chart. HubSpot should then visualize an uninterrupted timeline.

Ah okay, so should i set the data range manyally in each report??

Also, Screenshot 2025-05-12 161224.pngI've built a custom report to display ticket data on a weekly basis, but I'm noticing that some weeks are being skipped entirely in the chart.

For example, in the report, the timeline jumps from 14-Apr to 5-May, skipping the weeks in between. This causes gaps in the visualization and makes the report misleading.
