Hello my name is Nathan and I am looking for a way to store and export specific information in Hubspot. We are trying to develop a way in which Hubspot will act as a database which we can easily pull from and add to with updating information. The specific information that I'm trying to store is made up of charts, graphs, images, and sometimes short paragraphs of information which I'd like to be able to pull from quickly and easily through the creation of a list and filters. Currently in Hubspot I cannot find a property which will allow me to store these charts, graphs, or substantial information. However I did see that in the base "Notes" section which is in each contact/company activity log has the ability to paste images, attach documents, and link to other pages which is great. However I do not believe I can export a "Notes" section as it is not a property. I can export any other property though, however those properties can not hold that substantial information which may be attached in a word doc or something else.
Do you know of a property which can hold this information? Or perhaps a way in which I can easily export my "Notes" section rather than going into each contact/company record and pulling it manually? Thank you for your help!

In Hubspot, you can create custom proeprtys with the data field type of 'file'. This allows you to store one file on the property.
You can export the value of these file properties like you can any other. The only limitation here is that a file property can only be populated via a form submission so you would need to submit a form to add a file to this property each time you need to.
if you would prefer to go down the notes route you can use the service https://www.import2.com/ to export notes easily.
