Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to track visitors across 2 domains. I've added this domains both to Hubspot and added the tracking code to both domains. I also enabled Cross domain tracking in Hubspot. The parametres are in the URL when navigating across these domains but it doesn't seem to work.
I don't see the original source where converters are coming from and I even don't see the activity of the visitor on the other domain.
Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

Hi @JBangels Happy to help here!
In order for us to track the source of a contact, they need to have converted on one of your website forms that is connected to HubSpot. When you say you are not seeing the source of your contacts, are this contacts that are converting on your website? Are you checking the original source properties?
Thanks!

Hi Olivia,
Yes, they have filled out a form on our app website but the landing page is on our base website. The problem is we only see our base website as a referral source in the original source property but not the real source (paid, social, organic, ...). Cross-domain tracking is enabled in Hubspot and the parametres are in the link when I navigate from the base website to the app.
