Creating a percent of total report on a custom property

I'm needing to make a company level report on how many are showing a specific checkboxed item from a customized property. 

 

ie. Property: Multiple Checkbox
Conversation Type: Choice options are call, email or letter. 

I need to see what percentage of total companies have letter checked off.
