Creating a percent of total report on a custom property

I'm needing to make a company level report on how many are showing a specific checkboxed item from a customized property. 

ie. Property: Multiple Checkbox
Conversation Type: Choice options are call, email or letter. 

I need to see what percentage of total companies have letter checked off.

We too need the ability to create a percent of total in reports. The custom report can almost do this with the multiple y-axis, but they both use the same filters. If additional filters were moved to the Report field configuration options (as is done with the Aggregation and Limit options) then one could compare the values of a property with other values of the same property.
