Seems to be the case I cannot do this but checking the community of ideas.
-Count number of emails delivered to a contact, gernal email count.
-Count number of emails delivered to a contact based on a campaign, can send multi emails to one campaign. So can see in hierachy list of people say emailed 4 or 6 times linked to one campaign much multi emails linked to that campaign.
The number of email interactions for a contact is stored in the contact properties below. HubSpot automatically updates these:
Marketing emails delivered: the number of marketing emails delivered for the current email address.
Marketing emails bounced: the number of marketing emails sent from your account thathard or soft bounced (this doesnotincludeglobal bounces, that are bounces inanyaccount in HubSpot's system for a permanent reason, such as an invalid recipient).
Marketing emails opened: the number of marketing emails opened. Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same email is opened multiple times, this value will only increase by one.
Marketing emails clicked: the number of marketing emails which have had link clicks. Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same link is clicked multiple times, or multiple links in the same email are clicked, this value will only increase by one.
First marketing email send date: the date of the earliest email delivery for any marketing email.
First marketing email open date: the date of the earliest email open for any marketing email.
First marketing email click date: the date of the earliest link click for any marketing email.
Last marketing email send date: the date of the most recent email delivery for any marketing email.
Last marketing email open date: the date of the most recent email open for any marketing email.
Last marketing email click date: the date of the most recent link click for any marketing email.
Last marketing email name: the name of the last marketing email sent.
At this stage it's not possible to drill into this by campaign, unfortunately. If you're interested in contacts who engaged with emails from a campaign, you'd have to create a list (Menu > Contacts > Lists) and filter for specific emails:
If you're interested in specific contacts, you would also find this information in the timeline of a contact record.
Best regards!

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there isn't a "Number of sales emails" property like we have for marketing emails. The closest property we have right now is "Number of Sales Activities," but that will pull in calls, chat conversations, LinkedIn messages, postal mail, meetings, notes, sales emails, SMS messages, tasks, or WhatsApp messages (more info in this Knowledge Base article). I don't believe you're able to isolate that count to sales emails, but it can give you an overall sense for the number of manual touchpoints like those.
If you can look at this on a case-by-case basis, you can remove all activity filters for a contact other than "Emails:"
You can manually tally up the emails from there, but that will require you to head into each individual contact record.
It looks like there's also a beta for sales email events within the custom report builder, so that may be worth exploring as well (it doesn't look like there's a count of emails though, just counts of opens/clicks):
Sorry I can't be of more help! If you can let us know a little bit more about your use case and how you'd want to use this sales email data, we may be able to provide additional workarounds. Thanks!
