Our BDRs want to have reports that show total activity they are perform. Hence include manual mail, manual calls (using HubSpot-calling) and logged meetings.
Hence we want to
include all call logs
include all sent emails
include all meeting logs (not meetings synced with calendar or booked via forms, sometimes there is "no shows" hence no meeting is manually logged)
If we should fullfill step 3, we can do that with Source=CRM_UI, but that ecludes everything in 1 and 2.
If we instead exclude 3 by excluding "integration" for meetings, automatic bookings via meeting linked is anyway included.
Found a solution when changing to a custom report, instead of a single object report. Hence in a custom report you can do both "and" and "or" rules, which made it possible to have different rules for "Source" depending on Activity Type.
The main drawback of the custom report is that the update interval is loooong that they are not useful as dashboards 😞
