Conversions are not shown

Hello all,

about our backround

- e-shop is Magento 2
- CRM is Hubspot
- we use google tagmanager
- we use HS and Analytics to track our campaigns
- social paid ads are regularly published via HS

unfortunately our campaign is not tracked properly. Impressions and clicks are shown but not conversions. Unfortunately the track is lost in our eshop.

I would appreciate any ideas I would like to evaluate my campaigns properly.

I want to share with you this article that explains in details why you should not expect the number of network conversions to match the number of HubSpot contacts for a particular campaign or ad, due to the differences in how each metric is calculated.

If you're still think there's an issue in HubSpot, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this.
