Cohort reporting by create date

I need to do a cohort report by create date and lead source. I want to see from created through the lifecycle stages and sales stages (we use HubSpot CRM). Someone must be doing this? Any advice? I'm assuming I need an external tool. Many thanks in advance!!

We struggled with this quite a bit. This is a very important report for us.

Hubspot reporting doesn't seem to support it 😞

We reverted to Excel...
