Hi

We are using the ClickMeeting integration.

Clickmeeting automatically generates lists based on registration but what I am struggling with is how can i set up reporting so that i can show location/gender etc and gather all the automatically generated lists in this report?

Hi @chavlene,

HubSpot lets you filter your reports (see this "Get started" post) by properties or list membership, see the "Filter" button in the upper left of this screenshot:

You should see this button for any report from the library and when you create custom reports.

Now, if you want to create reports based on your ClickMeeting lists, you would just filter the reports by those lists – find "List membership" in the filters, click "is any of" and search for your ClickMeeting lists.

Your report will now only show datapoints from contacts in those lists and you can customize your report further by location, gender etc. – as long as that information is stored as a value in a property.

Hope this helps!
