Just looking for advice re: creating dashboards in hubspot.
The company I work for has one main site connected to hubspot via GTM.
They also have several microsites with different domains.
Is it possible to use the tracking same tracking code in hubspot and connect it to the microsites via GTM but then create seperate reports on hubspot?
They would like to see the web stats but have seperate dashboards for each microsite.
I wanted to check if it would cause an issue using the same hubspot code? And if not, can you pull out the data and create seperate dashboards in hubspot i.e. is it possible to filter out specific domains and see the web stats for that specifically and exclude the traffic coming from the main site?
You can show data from different domains BUT you'll need to duy the Brand Domains Add On from HubSpot (which requires an enterprise plan) to filter your data by domain.
You can use your HubSpot Tracking Code on multiple sites and have everything go back to a single HubSpot Portal.
Have fun

Here to learn more about HubSpot and share my HubSpot Knowledge. I'm the founder of Webalite a Gold HubSpot Partner Agency based in Wellington, New Zealand and the founder of Portal-iQ the world's first automated HubSpot Portal Audit that helps you work smarter with HubSpot.
We have a client in New Zealand that runs different property developments, with separate websites and domains, all from the same HubSpot CRM.
Personally I have different websites on different sub-domains (for example one is toolkit.webalite.com) which isn't as easy to report on.
Happy to help.
