Can Hubspot track multiple IP addresses for a contact?
Résolue
Hello! If a contact clicks a marketing email we sent them and then views a page on our site, we now know their IP address so we can track whenever they come back, no matter how they get there. Yay! (*At least I think that's how it works...right?)
But what if they clicked that email on their mobile, and then later they see one of our FB custom audience ads on their desktop or iPad and re-enter our site that way? We won't know they're engaging with our content again.
What if we can get them to click an email from that desktop or iPad, though? Will Hubspot then track multiple IPs for them? Or will it overwrite the original with the new one? Or stick with the original?

>>"Does the IP city, region, etc field get overwritten by new IP locations when a contact submits a form from a second location?"
We can confirm that HubSpot IP properties ARE overwritten when a contact submits a subsequent form using a different device. We haven't tested this behavior using the same (cookied) device, but expect similar results.
