Campaign Reports

SOLVE

Hi All,

I've been struggling with finding the best way to report on my campgin performance. I'm new to HS reporting so these are the reports I want to create.

Total Ads spent vs R.O.I (Year to Date and Monthly).

Campaign Reach, Impression, Clicks and Form Submission.

Campaign Reach, Impression, Clicks and Form Submission by source i.e FB, Insta etc

Traffic to the landing pages in the campagin by source

I tried different ways to do it but I don't know what properties to use in order to get the accurate data.

P.S I know that we can see all these things from campaign overview but I can't give access to everybody to edit campagins.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Saiem

Definitely check out the Attribution Reports in HubSpot - they’re super helpful for this kind of analysis. HubSpot does most of the heavy lifting for you, so instead of building everything from scratch, you can just apply filters (like specific campaigns) to see things like ad spend, ROI, clicks, form submissions, and traffic by source.

Really interesting question @Saiem — I’ve been testing a similar approach using organic campaign analytics.

We noticed that data-driven content (especially long-form wellness articles) performed best when tracked by campaign source and conversion type.
For example, on our project FitNova Health, we use campaign reporting to connect educational content with user engagement metrics.

If you’re curious, here’s how we structure it: https://fitnovahealth.com
Would love to know how others visualize campaign ROI inside HubSpot’s analytics tools!
