CallRail UTM reporting

Good afternoon all,

We are having quite a time trying to figure out how to get the UTM information that CallRail generates into HubSpot. CallRail's UTM info is built for sending information to Google Analytics through integration. However, CallRail makes this data available for other purposes through use of Zapier. 

CallRails integration with HubSpot only sends over the first and last source contacted which does not fit in well with HubSpot reporting. Instead, we are retreiving the UTM info from CR via Zapier, but need to write it into HubSpot somewhere. 


HubSpot Original Source > This will be "Other Campaigns"
HubSput Drill Down 1 > utm campaign name
HubSpot Drill Down 2 > utm medium / utm source

Where do we send the utm parameters from CR/Zapier to in HubSpot for HubSpot to generate the correct information in side drill down 1 and 2 ?

Thank you for reaching out

At this stage this is not possible to edit the Drill down 1 & 2 properties. I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes. 

The only alternative I could think of would be to create custom properties so you can still store these information on the contact record.
