Breakdown by multiple checkboxes

Hi,

To be concrete, I will give an example. I am using a property with multiple checkboxes. I want to create a report that will only show me certain options but I have contacts who have several of the same options.

Example: I want to know the proportion of "Anglophone" and "Francophone outside Europe" customers. Here is my data:
- Anglophones - 75 contacts
- Europeans - 100 contacts (of which 16 are also present in Anglophones)
- Francophone outside Europe: 23 contacts (including 3 present in Europeans)

I applied a filter to get just the data I wanted and despite this when I break down by my property, it also displays contacts who have European property.

Can you help me on this? Is there an exclusion filter on the chart display?

Thank you for the answer.
Yes I have a property multiple checkboxes with all my values and I would like to break down my report with only certains of this values to know the number of contact for each of this values. But as I have some contacts with multiple values and, when I put a filter, the report show me the resultst for also all the others values in which contacts are (not just the ones I selected in my filter)

Thank you for your help !

Hey @MHUSSON are all of these values stored in one property? If so you should be able to build a report in the custom report builder.

It sounds like you're doing that already however, if it's only showing properties for Europeans, are you sure you have contacts who have property values outside of european within your timeline?
If you have verified you have contacts who have that value in your set timline, I'd recomend checking your report filters, as there's likely a filter for a specific value set up.
