Attribution Reporting by Order of Occurrence

Does anyone know how I can report on date properties by order of occurrance? Report only if one date property occurs before the other?

For example: I am looking to attribute revenue to a specific Sequence. I only want to report on a Deal associated with a contact with a create date of AFTER the date the Sequence was sent. Currently my filters report if the associated contact has ever recieved the Sequence and if a Deal is associated with the contact that has the line item I am looking for. This results in revenue being reported on Deals that were created before the Sequence was sent. 

I thought I saw a property with the filter option "occurs before" or "occurs after" X property but I cannot find it.

That functionality exists in Lists. You can set up a contact List and then use that to power your report.
