Adding filters on mail activity in reports instead of creating specific lists

SOLVE

Hi everybody

It's a shame that you can't use the filters on a specific e-mail in reporting, even though e-mail marketing activities are among the possible sources of data. Is HubSpot planning to evolve in this direction instead of creating list with mail recipients ?

Regards

@CRégnier this can be done by creating an active contact-based list, filtering for the contacts who opened that specific email – you could then use this list for further filtering in your report. If that doesn't work, could you explain in more detail why?

Hi @CRégnier,

Which reporting tool exactly are you referring to and what exactly are you trying to filter? Can you give an example?

@karstenkoehler yes that's what I have done but the evolution would be to make directly a filter in the custom report 😉

@CRégnier the best place for these kinds of requests is the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

These requests submitted to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community are reviewed by the HubSpot product team, based on their popularity and the assumed demand
