Now live is the ability for you to upload and send attachments to your site visitors using bots.
Bots are an important part of any conversational strategy. Whether it be your sales, marketing, or customer service teams, bots provide a frictionless and personal process to automatically route your visitors to the answers they need.
With today’s update, we’re bringing quick answers and the conversational experience that bots provide to the next level. Here are some nifty ways you can use attachments in bots to enrich your visitor experience:
Upload PDFs and use bots to deliver targeted content offers after qualifying them
Send GIFs or still images that align with your brand to make bots more engaging or to keep things light-hearted
Use images or GIFs to visually convey instructions or help customers (for example, providing support or sending an infographic).
Looking to get started using attachments in your bots? It's easy. From within chatflows, you can add attachments to any bot by editing the action where you’d like the attachment to appear. You can either upload a new file or choose an existing one from file manager.
This update is now live and available to all HubSpot customers and is available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
