Top Product Updates for November 2025

HubSpot shipped many improvements this month, with a clear focus on AI-powered productivity, multi-account management, and streamlined content creation. Here are the top product updates you won’t want to miss.

1. Redesigned Email Editor

HubSpot's email editor gets a complete overhaul with a modern, full-canvas interface that puts everything you need in one view. You can now set your audience, sender information, subject line, and preview text alongside your email body with no more jumping between tabs.

This redesign addresses longstanding feedback about the editor feeling cluttered and difficult to learn. The streamlined layout reduces creation time and makes onboarding new team members significantly easier.

Key navigation changes include a unified left sidebar for modules, layouts, saved sections, content tree, template design, setup options, and automation settings. Learn more on the Knowledge Base

Availability: All hubs and tiers

2. Unified Landing Page Creation

The landing page creation flow now combines manual and AI-powered workflows into a single experience. Instead of choosing upfront whether to use AI, you select a template first, then decide whether to generate content with Breeze or write it yourself.

This eliminates the friction of committing to a creation method before you've even started. You get flexibility without losing access to AI assistance when you want it.

Availability: Content Hub Professional and Enterprise

3. AI Landing Pages: Image Generation

When generating landing pages with AI, you now control your image source. The default is placeholder images, but you can opt into AI-generated images or pull from your file manager.

This matters for teams with strict brand or legal requirements around imagery. It also speeds up page generation since AI image creation adds processing time. If you choose file manager images but no suitable match exists, the system falls back to placeholders automatically.

Note: Requires "Give users access to generative AI tools and features > Files Data" enabled in AI settings.

Availability: Content Hub Professional and Enterprise

4. Train the Customer Agent on Videos

Your Customer Agent can now learn directly from video content. Upload video files or import from publicly hosted URLs (YouTube not supported) to expand your agent's knowledge base.

This is particularly valuable if your training content already lives in product demos, tutorials, or recorded walkthroughs. You can leverage existing video assets without recreating them as written documentation.

How to add videos: Go to Service > Customer Agent > Knowledge tab > Content Sources > Add Content.

Availability: Professional and Enterprise tiers

5. Convert CRM Views to Segments

Any saved CRM view can now become a segment with one click. The new "Save as segment" action in the Filters menu carries over your filter logic automatically, no rebuilding required.

Previously, creating a segment meant recreating filters you'd already perfected in a view. This update bridges exploration and action, letting you move directly from identifying an audience to engaging it through campaigns, workflows, or reports. If a filter isn't supported for segments, you'll see a clear error message while all compatible filters still carry over. Learn more

Availability: Now live for all hubs and tiers.

6. Breeze-Powered Property Creation with Validations

Breeze can now generate custom properties with validation rules using natural language. Describe what you need, including formatting requirements and constraints, and Breeze creates the property with appropriate validations.

Example prompts:

  • "I need a percentage property where the value should be between 0 and 100 and allow up to 2 decimal places."
  • "I need a Scheduled appointment date property where the date must be in 2024 and only allow weekdays."

This reduces the technical burden on admins while ensuring consistent data quality rules across your CRM.

Note: Requires “Edit property” settings permissions.

Availability: All hubs and tiers

7. Apple Pay and Google Pay with Stripe

If you use Stripe payment processing, your buyers can now pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay, no setup required. If you accept credit or debit cards, digital wallets are automatically enabled. To track which transactions used digital wallets, add the "Digital wallet type" column to your Payments Index page.

Availability: All hubs and tiers

8. Multi-Account Workflows

You can now create workflows that update contact records across connected HubSpot accounts. Build automation in one account that creates or updates contacts in linked accounts within your organization.

This solves real problems for multi-brand organizations: routing form submissions between regional accounts, running cross-sell campaigns after purchases, and keeping contact properties synchronized. Learn more

How to access: Settings > Organization Management > Multi-Account > Asset Copying tab.

Availability: Requires at least two HubSpot accounts, with one having Marketing Hub Enterprise and the other having any Professional or Enterprise subscription

9. Orders, Invoices, and Carts in Data Model Builder

Orders, carts, and invoices now appear in the data model builder, giving you a centralized view of these objects alongside your other CRM data.

You can review properties, understand associations, and navigate to object settings. For orders and invoices specifically, you can create associations to custom objects and set custom association labels and limits. Learn more

Availability: Data model builder available for all hubs and tiers. Custom object functionality requires Enterprise. Association labels and limits require Professional or Enterprise.

Scans cover the last 60 days of activity and help maintain data hygiene and compliance.

How to access: Settings > Security > Sensitive Data

Availability: Public Beta for Enterprise tiers

5. Create Lead Segments

You can now build segments using the Lead object, separate from Contact segmentation. Filter by lead properties, associated objects, and segment membership.

Once created, lead segments integrate with Performance reporting to track size changes over time, workflows for enrollment triggers, and channel performance analysis.

Requirement: Lead object must be activated in your account.

Availability: Public Beta for Sales Hub Professional and Enterprise

November's key product updates reflect HubSpot's continued investment in three areas: making AI genuinely useful across your work, simplifying multi-account operations for complex organizations, and reducing friction in everyday content creation. The redesigned email editor and unified landing page flow address longstanding usability feedback, while the expanded Claude and Gemini connectors signal a clear direction toward AI-assisted CRM management.
