My name is Hallie, and I'm a Program Manager on the Customer Experience Management Team. Our team listens closely to customer feedback and shares it directly with our leadership teams. One aspect that I've focused on recently is sharing the work we are doing in the Ideas Forum with our customers, which lead to our first quarterly newsletter solely focused on the Ideas Forum in Q4 2025! The newsletter is designed to give our customers a more in-depth look at what ideas our product teams are building, which ones they're keeping a close eye on, and the work we are doing in the ideas forum to bring your feedback to life.
