Out-of-the-Box Reporting Dashboard
Take advantage of the brand new, out-of-the-box revenue reporting dashboard, now available in the Dashboard Library. By analyzing these reports, you can better identify and segment customers based on payments data. Walk through a detailed view on revenue collected with payments, top and bottom product performers, and top sales. Use these insights to charge up your customized marketing and commerce plans.
Find the out-of-the-box Revenue Dashboard by navigating to "Create Dashboard" from any dashboard or from global navigation under Reports > Dashboard > Create dashboard.
The revenue reporting dashboard is now available to all payments customers. Please note: Starter customers can view these reports, but will have to gain access to the Reports tools for customization features.
Offer one-time, order-level discounts on payment links and quotes. Now when you create a payment link or a quote, feel free to add a one-time applicable order discount. Your first payment amount will be changed as a result and buyers will see the order discount applied on the checkout page and receipt. When the buyer completes a payment, the order discount information is added on the newly launched payment and subscription object (if applicable).
Order-level discount capabilities are now available to all payments customers.
Payment Links in the Nav + Own Page
We’ve updated navigation to help you keep track of your payments essentials. Payment links are now displayed in the global navigation and have their own home page, so it's easy to find and use.
You can create and manage your payment links under Sales > Payments > Payment Links. Payment links can also be accessed directly from the Payments page and inside tools such as Forms, CMS, Meetings, Email.
This update is now available for all payments customers.
Fractional Prices Now Supported in Quotes, Deals, and Payment Links
If you need to use very specific, exact line item prices, you’re in luck. Merchants using line items or products can now store highly precise, small values in a line item or product object’s “Unit Price” field, up to six decimals of precision. With fractional prices, you can ensure continuity and compatibility across your website, accounting systems, or sales enablement.
This is especially useful when making currency conversions. Until now, product and line item prices were limited to the decimal precision of the portal’s currency. For example, two decimal points for US dollars (e.g. $12.42)or zero for Japanese yen (e.g. ¥14). Now, customers can set unit prices that are up to six decimals in any currency.
Fractional prices are now available for all HubSpot customers.
