Multi-Hub Updates

Inbound Calling & HubSpot Provided Phone Numbers

Use a HubSpot-provided US, UK, or Canadian phone number to connect with customers and centralize all conversation records in one place. Forward inbound calls to your phone and place outbound calls all with one number. You can also set up call transcription and coaching to review call performance, script, length, and more on your index page for improved results call-after-call.

 

Inbound calling and HubSpot-provided phone numbers are now available for all Sales and Service Hub Starter customers.

Call Transcription & Coaching, Playbooks Coming to Sales and Service Hub Pro

Dial your customer calls up to eleven. Sales and Service reps at the Pro tier, view your call recordings and transcriptions right in your CRM. Use these mighty tools, paired with coaching and playbooks features, to build best practices, understand what’s working in your sales & service interactions, refine customer interactions, and unlock your team’s full power. Plus, playbooks lets you create interactive content cards that can be displayed in contact, company, deal, and ticket records. Use these standardized notes across the team to save time when speaking to prospects and customers.

 

This update is now available for all Sales and Service Hub Professional customers.

Recurring ACH

With HubSpot payments, along with a subscription record in CRM, you can collect and manage recurring payments. Your customers can now enable recurring ACH as a payment method on payment links or quotes - and we take care of the rest. It just makes cents. 

 

Recurring ACH payments are now available in the U.S. across all Hubs and paid tiers.

Payment Object

The new payment object feature, with its detailed transaction information on the payments index page, plus automation, team notification, and reporting capabilities, all make payments easier to manage. Simply click and select a payment to open up a sidebar panel where you can see even more transaction details. You can even view what other CRM objects - like line items, subscriptions, and deals - are associated with this payment. 

 

Payment object is available in the U.S. across all Hubs and paid tiers.

Marketing Hub

Associate your Forms with Marketing Campaigns

Forms are a critical component of any marketing campaign, helping you convert wandering website lurkers into brand superfans. Understanding how forms are impacting your campaigns can change up your tactics, goals, and outcomes. That's big! You can now associate forms with your marketing campaigns. This includes forms embedded on HubSpot pages, external websites, and content management systems. Track submissions to create, close, and report on deals. Hoorah!

 

Associating forms with marketing campaigns is available for all Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise customers.

Ads Performance Data in Custom Reporting

Analyze campaign ad performance from your connected Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad accounts by creating reports using the custom report builder.

Customize your reports by selecting specific metrics from your ad networks and campaigns. Parse through and understand valuable data like amount spent, impressions, clicks, network conversions, video plays at 25%, and more.

 

Viewing ad performance data in custom reports is now available for all Marketing Hub Professional+ customers.

Email Health by Industry

Email health gives you a high-level view of your email marketing performance. Our latest update to this feature helps you gauge how your emails measure up against the rest of your industry. You can now toggle between sector-specific benchmarks and a general (all industries) view to confidently guide you towards stronger participation in industry trends and best practices.

 

*Note: This data is only available for some industries. More industries will be available once there is enough data to provide an industry health score.

Sales Hub

Microsoft Exchange Support

Link your Microsoft Exchange account to HubSpot as a connected inbox to send individual emails and sequences, then log email replies to the CRM. Use the meetings tool to create an integrated calendar where you can quickly share meetings links and simplify scheduling.

 

Microsoft Exchange support is available for all Sales Hub customers.
