Team and user partitioning for HubDB tables

As your business grows, your need to partition assets across HubSpot grows. For example, you may have HubDB tables that only some users or teams should be able to edit/view. With this update, partitioning HubDB tables is just as easy as assigning other assets like emails amongst your team. This will allow larger businesses to effectively manage their structured content within HubSpot.

How does it work?

In the "Actions" menu in the HubDB table list view, admins can opt to "Assign users & teams" for a given HubDB table. When assigned, a table is only visible in the HubDB tool if a given team or individual user is assigned to the table.

Similar to partitioning in other places in HubSpot, admins can see all tables, and filter the table view by assignment. Unassigned tables are visible to all users with access to HubDB.

This is now live to all Marketing Hub and CMS Hub Enterprise customers.
