[Sunset] Persona Tagging in Workflows

What is it?
We’re removing the setting that lets you tag a workflow with a persona and filter by personas on the Workflows home page. This feature will no longer be available in Workflows come August 9th, 2018.

Note: We are not removing the ability to set the Persona property via Workflows.   

Why is this being sunset?

Removing under used products helps us keep HubSpot simple and fast.

Today only 1.3% of workflows have a persona attached to them, and a very limited amount of new user are using them. Workflows is a complex tool and removing under-used features like this helps us reduce the cognitive load it takes to navigate and use it effectively. HubSpot still advocates the use of personas as a helpful marketing exercise. 

I will miss this feature is there an alternative? 

If you are using this feature to organize workflows, we suggest using naming conventions to help search through workflows.
