Why does it matter? User often submit responses to test out surveys, or sometimes customers submit the wrong rating and reach out to you directly, to tell you they want to change their rating.
We don’t want your results to be skewed just because you’re not able to delete these responses. And you certainly shouldn’t have to contact the support team each time you want to delete a response. So we’ve pushed live the ability to simply delete responses yourself right from your account.
How does it work? Click on your survey and go to the response tab, here you can hover over the response you want to remove and click on the “delete” button. Note only super admins can delete responses.
Who gets it? This update is now live to all Service Hub Professional and Service Hub Enterprise customers.
What language is it in? All languages supported by HubSpot.
