[Now Live] Three Updates To Lead Flows That Further Align The Tool With Forms

What is it?
Integrated portals can now take any contact that filled out a lead flow and associate them with a Salesforce Campaign, or register them for a webinar through GoToWebinar. Additionally, you can now select a default value for a form field within a lead flow, or edit the labels within a drop down select form field, just like you can within forms.

Why does it matter?
Lead flows, like forms, let you fill your CRM with leads that you can then nurture into loyal customers. Associating these contacts to a campaign in Salesforce or registering them for your webinar gives you the full picture behind your customer’s journey, and lets you more accurately report on your marketing team’s success. By adding these features to lead flows, all conversion points across your site are more closely aligned --- creating greater consistency and more accurate reporting for your team.

How does it work?
When editing a lead flow, you’ll now see the option to add contacts who submit a lead flow to a Salesforce campaign or as registrants to a webinar through our integration with GoToWebinar on the options tab.

When editing the form fields included in your lead flow, you can now add a default form field value, or edit the labels of a drop down field option, just as you can within the forms tool.

Who gets it?
The ability to associate contacts to a Salesforce Campaign, or register them for a webinar within GoToWebinar is available to all integrated portals. The ability to edit your form field default values is available for users of Marketing Hub Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

What language is it in?
All languages supported by HubSpot.
