You can now sync HubSpot deals with 3rd-party apps through data sync integrations.
With this update, you can now sync contacts, companies, and deals two ways and in real time between HubSpot and dozens of apps.
Deal sync applies to most CRM apps powered by data sync: Netsuite, Dynamics, Outreach, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, Zendesk Sell, Insightly, ActiveCampaign, Copper, Bullhorn, Close, Keap, Ontraport, FollowUpBoss, Freshsales Suite, and Connectwise Manage.
Please refer to this up to date list of JIRA items to determine which apps feature a deal object. As a rule of thumb, deal sync will be rolled out automatically for existing data sync apps that have a deal-like object. For any specific integration, scroll down to the "Shared Data" section of the marketplace listing to determine which objects and fields are included.
To set up a deal sync, connect an app from the data sync collection that supports the deal object. Deals include associations with companies and/or contacts. In setting up a deal sync, an accompanying sync of contacts and/or companies is required to ensure associated contacts/companies are created.
Please note that this deal sync does not yet include a sync of the deal owner property, nor does it include the ability to sync dropdown fields. It does enable deal stage mapping (deals need to sit in a mapped stage in order to sync).
As with any other sync, it is important to either review field mappings (in the free tier) or to customize them (Operations Hub Starter). Properties that are linked to the deal can be set up in a custom field mapping. Other objects that are in turn associated to a deal (products, quotes, etc.) are not yet part of this sync.
