[Now Live] Related Articles in Knowledge Base

What is it:
A new section containing related articles, at the bottom of every article, that helps customers find the answers they need. The related articles are driven by a machine learning model based on article category, click through, and other criteria.

Why it matters
Customers don’t always land on exactly the right article they need on their first search. Instead of having customers search again and dig around, the related articles section displays articles related to the one they are currently reading. It helps them discover articles they might also find useful and increase the chance of them successfully helping themselves.

How it works:
Go to your knowledge base settings

You will see a new Related Articles Section. Turn the switch to On and save your settings.

A Related Articles section will now appear at the bottom of all your articles. Related articles are generated based on article relevancy. They are automatically adjusted based on visitor attributes and article performance to make sure your customers have the best experience.

Who gets it:
This feature is now live for Service Hub Professional and Enterprise customers.

What languages is this available in?
Available in all languages supported by HubSpot.
